Kenosha Human Development Services is seeking an RRH Caseworker to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will assess needs, develop housing stability plans, and provide tailored interventions to promote self-sufficiency and housing outcomes. Responsibilities include admissions, case management, coordinating with shelters, providers, and landlords, and ensuring HMIS documentation is accurate.
