High School Intern Position

Judd Edwards - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented high school intern to assist with basic administrative tasks and support our team of insurance professionals. This part-time position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting while developing valuable communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

• Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing customer inquiries.
• Help with scheduling and appointment reminders.
• Support the team by preparing and mailing documents.
• Learn about insurance services and assist in basic customer interactions under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Basic computer skills (email, typing, and using office software is a plus).
