Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and success
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to educational staff regarding language and communication strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team sessions
