Job Description
Title: RN - Outpatient Neurology Clinic

Requirements:
- CA RN license required in hand within 2 weeks (pending state license not accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Preferred: EPIC experience; prior Neurology and/or Infusion experience highly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer infusion orders and manage medication reconciliation and refills
- Provide patient advice and triage via phone and MyChart
- Process prior authorizations and complete authorization forms
- Educate patients and follow up with pharmacy as needed
- Interpret lab results and perform cognitive screenings

Compliance / Notes:
- References: 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years (required pre-start)
- Mandatory modules: pre-start modules required (non-billable, average ~16 hours; >20 hours requires approval)
