Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience within the last 1 year.
• Skills Assessment CAL skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, including adult catheterizations, is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with left and right heart catheterization, PCI, and rotablator atherectomy is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with ASD closures, cardiac implant/stent placement, and pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVR, valvuloplasty, VAD insertion, and Watchman procedure is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in administering antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, reversal agents, and thrombolytics is required.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in blood product administration and starting/maintaining IVs is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with central line insertion/management, circulating procedures, hypothermia protocol, and IABP/Impella insertion/removal is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, and procedural sedation monitoring/administration is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG, sheath removal/monitoring, topical hemostasis, vascular closure systems, and TEE is required.
• COVID Vaccine 1 booster required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
