This position requires handling various administrative tasks including phone management, mail sorting, data entry, and maintaining office records. The Reception Clerk ensures smooth communication by utilizing basic office software and specific scheduling tools, supporting the overall office workflow without any travel requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and visitor reception
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Run errands as needed to support office functions

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in office administration
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
