Janitorial Site Manager

Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. Responsibilities A Site Coach will oversee the cleanliness of a job site(s) while providing and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. Perform general cleaning duties, manage daily activities, develop team members, and lead the job site team by both Team MJV and customer policies and procedures. Use and maintain equipment, products, and supplies properly. Schedule & Compensation First Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday Full‑time position with paid training. Manufacturing setting Second Shift Team Leader positions available. Qualifications No experience preferred. Training will be provided. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
