At Sanctuary Scalp + Skin, we believe wellness is more than a service—it’s an experience. We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is more than a massage position. We’re seeking someone who is dedicated to creating a peaceful, luxury experience for every guest while working alongside a team that values kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years experience working in a spa environment
Lymphatic Drainage Experience a Plus
Cupping Experience a Plus
Hot Stone Experience a Plus
Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License and Insurance
Available part-time with a flexible schedule
Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
A true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients improve their quality of life
Professional, dependable, and committed to providing five-star customer service
Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality
Ability to maintain a clean, organized treatment room and uphold the highest standards of sanitation
Must live within 30 minutes of Sanctuary
Must have reliable transportation
Pay depending on experience
Responsibilities
Provide customized massage treatments based on each guest’s individual needs
Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and self-care recommendations
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
Maintain accurate client records
Work collaboratively with our esthetics and head spa team to create a seamless wellness experience
Contribute to a positive, uplifting studio culture
