Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification or accreditation in Radiologic Technology or related Imaging specialty
• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or acute care environment
• Proficiency in operating fluoroscopy, x-ray equipment, and related imaging systems
• Strong knowledge of vascular and cardiac anatomy, interventional procedures, and sterile technique
• Ability to remain poised and focused during complex cases and emergencies
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Operate imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images while adhering to patient safety protocols
• Assist the interventional cardiology team during catheterizations, angioplasties, and related procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs, documenting and reporting findings as required
• Maintain a sterile field and manage equipment supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes
