What You'll Do:
  • Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans to meet specific goals
  • Assess patient responses and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate patient records following documentation standards
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure optimal care
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as healthcare standards and regulations
What You Need:
  • Current physical therapy license in the practice state (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules and patient needs
