Slot Attendant

Part-time position in Port Canaveral. Must be 18 years of age or older. The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing additional services to the guests including, but not limited to payouts, answering questions, and handling minor disputes. The Slot Attendant will also be required to perform basic maintenance on slot machines and is responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of their area.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Slot Supervisor in all jackpots by paying out the jackpot winnings to the guests.
• Changing out the paper in slot machines when needed.
• Assisting guests and explaining slot machine winning combinations, pay lines, etc.
• Informing the Slot Tech of repairs that need to be made on specific slot machines.
• Being responsible for gaming keys issued to them during their assigned shift.
• Assisting other employees when needed.
• Monitoring area for cleanliness and emptying ashtrays, picking up trash, straightening chairs, etc.
• Providing guests with current information on all promotions and casino events.
• Creating a quality entertainment experience for all guests by use of the Hospitality Standards.
• Observing guests to identify regulars and learn names.
• Possessing a thorough knowledge of the Victory Casino Player's Club rules and policies.
• Assisting guests on how to use the Player's card in the slot machine, and explaining how they earn points and how to download their promotional dollars.

Hours/Shifts:

• Due to our business demands, you must be able to work nights, weekends, special events, and holidays.

Other:

• Victory Casino Cruises has a no visible tattoo policy. For this position you must be clear of all visible tattoos.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background screening, and credit check.
• You will be required to obtain a TWIC and MMC. Acceptable documents to obtain badging are Passport OR Government issued photo ID and certified copy of Birth Certificate. Supporting documents would be needed for a name change.
