About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (Quadriplegic Support) to join our team in Little Elm, Texas . As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our quadriplegic clients, supporting their daily living needs and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to quadriplegic clients, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities

• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition, concerns, or needs to the care team

• Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless care experience

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
