Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and make a difference in creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Qualifications 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required Proven supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus Read, write and speak English fluently.
