Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in an acute care environment, primarily during night shifts, with the potential for day shifts as needed.

Shift Information

Variable scheduling of 36-48 hours per week
Mostly night shifts (1900-0730)
Possibility of day shifts (0700-1930) if required

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
Experience in an acute care setting is preferred

Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider is required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved provider is required
Facility-specific certification, such as AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS, is required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
Educate patients and their families on health issues and treatment plans
