Network Engineer, Systems Architect, Network Designer, Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Network Administrator, Cloud Architect, IT Architect, Telecommunications Architect, Network Consultant, etc.

Bachelor's Degree

Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, etc.

Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.

Strong understanding of network architecture and design

Experience with network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP)

Knowledge of network security principles and practices

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues

Familiarity with cloud network infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Ability to design scalable, high-performance networks

Proficiency in network design tools (e.g., Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3)

Expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs

Experience with network automation and scripting

Understanding of network performance monitoring tools

Knowledge of IPv6 addressing and implementation

Familiarity with SDN (Software-Defined Networking)

Experience with wireless networking and technologies

Knowledge of load balancing and traffic management

Familiarity with network virtualization techniques

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Experience with network infrastructure optimization tools
