Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our Brawley team!

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our office, helping visitors, employees, and callers receive timely and professional assistance.

You'll manage incoming calls, coordinate communication across departments and office locations, maintain accurate records, and provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system, accurately routing and transferring calls to the appropriate departments and office locations.

• Record and communicate messages promptly and accurately.

• Maintain employee call-in logs, telephone records, visitor logs, and other office documentation.

• Keep office directories, contact information, and reference materials current.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.

• Assist with scheduling, calendars, and general administrative coordination.

• Support Human Resources and Respite Services with documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.

• Accurately enter and maintain information within designated respite and payroll-related systems.

• Assist with office meetings, employee communications, and other administrative activities as needed.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Handle employee and client information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required , including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of one year of office, receptionist, or clerical support experience.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and perform basic business arithmetic.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or HelloSign.

• Ability to use standard office equipment and virtual communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

• Valid California driver's license.
