Controller Our clientis seeking its first Controller to help support continued growth and strengthen its accounting and finance function. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct access to ownership and the opportunity to build accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations Oversee month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls Partner with leadership to support business decisions and drive performance Mentor and support the existing AP/AR team member Qualifications Strong accounting leadership experience in a small to mid-sized business Hands-on experience with the full accounting cycle Proven ability to improve processes and reporting Service, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related industry experience is a plus Medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% company paid) 401(k) with 3% contribution and profit sharing Flexible PTO Company-provided laptop and phone QuickBooks experience preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% company paid) 401(k) with 3% contribution and profit sharing Flexible PTO Company-provided laptop and phone Pay Transparency Notice the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
