About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for GTB Sales in the Corporate and Contracting segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring cash and trade, managing and growing the transaction banking business, and achieving commercial oversight to deliver working capital for clients. This role requires the identification and development of business opportunities, new market and product structuring, and the generation of CASA solutions. The Executive Director will also be tasked with regulatory oversight, digital penetration, and maintaining a strong pipeline while ensuring the best-in-class service and customer experience. Applicants must be highly motivated and experienced in sales, with a proven track record in driving revenues within a portfolio of multinational corporations. A strong technical knowledge of cash and trade finance products is essential, as is the ability to independently handle all inquiries related to cash and trade finance. The role involves close collaboration with coverage teams, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and proactive management of transactional risks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a team player with strong influential skills, and have a minimum of 10 years of transaction banking experience, with a degree in a relevant discipline.
