As a CBRE Real Estate Manager, you will oversee theoperations and management of approximately 150,000 square feet across a mix ofadministrative and medical office buildings. This includes a cluster offacilities located on a single campus, along with one additional offsitelocation. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for all core aspectsof property management, including maintenance, vendor coordination, financialperformance, lease administration, and client satisfaction. Your leadership ensures that all facilities , both on campusand offsite, operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with clientobjectives and regulatory requirements. This role is part of our Property Management function,which focuses on managing and operating buildings on behalf of clients. Theideal candidate brings strong facility operations expertise, proven leadershipcapability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a dynamicenvironment What You’ll Do Serveas a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers,modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values and fostering strongstakeholder relationships. Providesupervision, training, development, and performance management for propertymanagement staff, ensuring effective team operations and cross-training. Leadrecruiting and hiring efforts to build a high-performing team; coordinate dailyworkflows, schedules, and departmental goals. Managetenant improvement (TI) buildouts and renovation projects, ensuring timelines,budgets, and client specifications are met. Collaboratewith contractors, vendors, and internal teams to oversee project milestones andproactively resolve issues. Overseelease administration tasks, including preparing and reviewing documentation forrenewals, rate adjustments, and lease compliance. Maintainaccurate and organized lease records and ensure timely processing of allrelated paperwork. Assistwith space planning initiatives to optimize facility utilization and supportmarketing and leasing efforts. Developand manage operational budgets and budgets for client events; solicitcompetitive bids and provide recommendations for client approval. Prepareand present financial reporting and analysis to clients and internalstakeholders. Respondpromptly to tenant needs and ensure efficient resolution of issues byadministrative and technical staff. Conductregular property inspections, manage work orders, and ensure timely resolutionof property condition concerns. Managescheduling, promotion, and logistics for conference facilities and meetingrooms, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Prepareutilization reports for internal and client review. Identifyand resolve daily operational challenges; apply cross-functional knowledge to improve processes and drive team and departmental efficiency. What You’ll Need A Utah Real Estate License is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant property management experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior management experience is required. Demonstrated experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and employee retention. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sensitive or complex information, set clear expectations, and resolve issues effectively. Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across job disciplines and departmental functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and property management systems such as Yardi.
