Greenville, North Carolina, Headache Medicine Neurologist

A leading healthcare system in eastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Headache Medicine Neurologist to join its expanding neurology practice in Greenville, North Carolina. 

This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a collaborative academic environment while helping meet the growing neurological care needs of a region serving more than 1.4 million residents across eastern North Carolina.

• Academic appointment with a university-affiliated medical school at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, commensurate with experience
• Hospital privileges at a 974-bed Level I Trauma Center, regional leader in neurosciences, and the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in eastern North Carolina
• Opportunity created by program expansion
• Join an established neurology practice with 13 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
• Primarily outpatient clinical practice with occasional inpatient responsibilities related to neurology residency teaching
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call requirements
• Opportunity to participate in a newly established ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program

Physicians have access to comprehensive on-site resources, including:

• Infusion suite

• EMG and nerve conduction study capabilities
• Multidisciplinary ALS clinic

The program is further supported by a large team of inpatient and outpatient Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
