Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates, with our partners and within the communities where we operate.Essential Job FunctionsPlan breakfast menus according to brand standards and facility needsPrepare room set up and ensures cleanliness and working condition of equipment in the areaManage inventory of food and utensilsPrepares daily breakfast menu of hot and cold breakfast foodsFollow required sanitation procedures for food handling safetyRespond promptly and appropriately to any guest questions or concernsBreak down breakfast area at end of meal period, ensuring clean facility for next mealSkillsYou are neat, organized, and efficientYou have strong organizational, communication and customer service skillsYou obtain and maintain any food handling certificates that may applyHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentProven working experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen preferredScheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs.
