You run pre-set in-home appointments only — no cold calling, no door knocking. Homeowners have already requested you. Your job: diagnose accurately, explain clearly, present honest solutions, close the work, and deliver.Day-to-DayConduct chimney and fireplace inspections; walk homeowners through findingsPrepare accurate estimates and close the workService pellet, wood, and gas hearth appliancesCommunicate proactively with Ops and office staff on every jobKeep vehicles, tools, and equipment in working orderFollow OSHA and company safety standards — no shortcutsWhat You NeedTrade, home services, or customer-facing sales backgroundComfortable with hand and power toolsStrong communication — with customers and teammatesComposure under pressureValid driver's license, clean recordHS diploma or GEDChimney experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we train you and pay for your CSIA certification.What We OfferPay: $20–25/hr base (DOE), plus uncapped monthly commission — 2% on production up to $40K, 4% above $40K.
