About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The CCO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a successful company. The CCO will receive extensive support, including a salary during the startup phase, access to a network of top professionals, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. As the CCO, you will be at the forefront of the company's customer strategy, working closely with the founders to ensure the product meets the needs of the market. The role involves a deep commitment to personal and professional development, with a fully customized program designed to enhance goal, time, and energy management. The ideal candidate is based in Europe or the Americas, or is open to relocation, and must have excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities also include team building, and the CCO will be supported in hiring top talent through the company's extensive network.
