About the Role: As a Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or issues. Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during peak hours. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment. Skills: The required skills such as clear communication and basic math are essential for accurately taking orders, explaining menu items, and processing payments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
