About the Opportunity
C4 Technical Services is seeking an experienced Telecom Installer to join a unique, long-term telecommunications infrastructure project in Denton, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work in a warehouse environment building and outfitting telecom huts that will be deployed to field locations nationwide.
Unlike traditional telecom installation roles, this position requires no travel and provides steady, consistent hours. The project is expected to continue for multiple years, making it an excellent opportunity for technicians seeking long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and secure telecommunications cabling, including power cabling
- Mount and install telecom equipment and racks
- Perform structured cabling and equipment installation according to specifications
- Assemble and build telecom huts in a warehouse setting for field deployment
- Maintain quality, safety, and installation standards throughout the project
Required Qualifications
- Telecom Installer Level II or higher
- Previous telecommunications installation experience is required
- Experience installing telecom racks, equipment, cabling, and power systems
- Ability to securely route and fasten cabling
- Ability to mount and install telecommunications equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must successfully complete a skills assessment to validate experience and determine appropriate skill level
