The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.This position is in Fort Worth, TX Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in the build proces. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, Production work sampling, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans for efficiencies and revisions to operating methods. Assist in various continuous improvement efforts to enable cost reductions. Basic QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldExperience applying Industrial Engineering principles in industry, which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planningExperience creating reporting metrics related to cost and scheduleDesired SkillsExperience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office SuiteExperience with statistical analysis (regression analysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau, etc.)Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements)Experience Working with Business Objects (BO) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)Experience with Assembly EVMS ProcessesLean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA/ 5s/ 6s, etc.) or experience applying Lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvementsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
