Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring ethical and empathetic support.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including solution-focused therapy, to design and deliver interventions that cater to each client’s situation.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring clients' progress and adapting strategies as needed for optimal results.

• Guide clients in developing insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships to foster self-awareness and effectiveness in coping with challenges.

• Assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment recommendations and coping strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who present with a wide variety of mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license to practice independently as one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of empathy, and ethical judgment when interacting with clients.

• Competence in digital literacy and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a remote environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists. Our therapists receive weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely compensation for their commitment to client care.
