IT Systems Specialist

Job Description Seeking an IT Systems Specialist for a hands‑on hybrid role supporting a highly technical organization in Houston, Texas. This person will own device lifecycle management across a Mac‑first environment, including provisioning, configuration, security enforcement, and ongoing endpoint support. The role also owns SaaS administration and license governance, managing access controls, cost efficiency, and operational consistency across internal tools. In addition, the specialist will maintain internal infrastructure with light server and systems administration responsibilities, troubleshoot Apple hardware and macOS issues, and lead IT projects that improve workflows, tooling, and organizational scalability.
