Intake Coordinator

The initial position is temporary to cover a Maternity Leave and is anticipated to extend from mid October to mid April, with the potential to become a permanent position with the Admin Team, in the same role or potentially a different role. Responsibilities: Completing insurance verifications and determination of available benefits for the services being requested. Calculating and providing share of cost information. Corresponding with families throughout the Intake Process as needed Able to demonstrate the understanding of insurance benefits information including deductible, copayment, co-insurance, out of pocket max, and exclusions. Experience and proficiency with EMR systems and/or outpatient medical office is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
