Member Services Representative

Job Details Location: El Dorado, AR 71730 Title Member Services Representative Reports To Club Manager Responsibilities Provide members with an unprecedented experience and encourage them to achieve fitness goals. Ensure the club is clean and maintain a judgment‑free environment. Assist in finding new and current members to join fitness classes. Introduce members to Black Card amenities. Check members in at the welcome desk and perform greetings and farewells. Assist with tours, membership enrollment, and other club responsibilities. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and serve as a leader within the team. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Passion for helping others. Ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel and handle hazardous chemicals. Reliable on‑time attendance. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs. Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
