The GEICO Local Office in Bellevue, WA is looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build a career in insurance, and is motivated by achieving goals and being rewarded for their success.

No Property & Casualty license is required to apply—we'll help you obtain your license after joining the team.

What You'll Do
As an Account Representative, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to provide exceptional service and identify opportunities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' goals and insurance needs.
• Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and create new business opportunities.
• Recommend and market appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
• Follow up consistently to build trust, increase retention, and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service throughout the customer relationship.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused experience is a plus, but we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn .
