Student Worker - President's Office Student Ambassador

Student Ambassadors are a student-led service team housed within the Office of the President, designed to support campus-wide needs while providing direct assistance with presidential events and administrative operations. Members of the Student Ambassadors serve as a flexible, reliable resource for projects, programs, and day-to-day functions that enhance the university community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support for campus initiatives, events, and projects as assigned
- Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events hosted by the Office of the President
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing basic correspondence
- Support scheduling needs, including coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars
- Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and direct requests to appropriate offices
- Assist with special projects that require a dependable, detail-oriented student team
- Represent the Office of the President with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a variety of tasks
- Basic proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft office software
