FullTime Nanny in Westfield NJ

Position Full‑time nanny with an option to live‑in or live‑out. Compensation: $1,300 – $1,550 per week. Position code: G762WF. Location Westfield, NJ (Union County). Schedule Live‑in: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm; Friday, 7:30 am – 3/4 pm. Live‑out: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Qualifications & Candidate Profile We seek a dependable, trustworthy, and highly reliable nanny who is passionate about early childhood education and child development. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, nurturing, energetic, organized, and proactive. Experience with toddlers and a teacher‑type approach are preferred. Duties Assist with morning and evening routines: dressing, hygiene, meals, and bedtime preparation. Transport the child to and from school. Provide engaging educational play, storytelling, music, outdoor activities, and developmental experiences. Offer healthy snacks and meals throughout the day. Maintain a safe, loving, and structured environment and encourage positive behavior and independence. Support household tasks during school hours and naps: laundry, meal prep for the mother, grocery shopping, vacuuming, tidying, organizing play areas, and cleaning the kitchen and dishes. For the live‑in position, additional household upkeep is expected, including maintaining the nanny’s bedroom and bathroom and assisting with overall cleanliness of the home. About the Child An engaging 22‑month‑old girl who is sweet, curious, kind, and exceptionally bright. She loves singing, dancing, music classes, ballet, and gymnastics, and is already an early walker and talker. She enjoys learning and reciting books from memory. About the Family Mom is busy, kind, and organized; Dad travels frequently for work.
