Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Location: Tucson, AZ 85701

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote depending on the job/project needs.

Shift: 8AM – 5PM

Description

• Responsible for providing customer service to taxpayers in our SRO TIA office with filing assistance, taxpayer education, refund issues/disputes, billing issues/disputes, and State of Arizona tax policies and procedures; complete research and necessary adjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues in all
• four tax types.
• Customers are assisted through Live Chat, Walk-in office, Correspondence, calls and various email boxes. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background.

Required Skills:

• Basic office and computer skills, past customer service experience or working with taxes

Preferred experiences:

• Customer service roles
