Full-Time Dermatologist Job in Southeast Arizona | Gila Valley Region
An established, busy private dermatology practice in southeastern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join its team in the Gila Valley.
This opportunity offers an active general / medical dermatology setting, the option to incorporate cosmetic services and a compensation package with productivity incentives.
The practice welcomes both experienced dermatologists and 2027 residency graduates.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Established patient demand: Step into a busy general medical dermatology practice, with the option to incorporate cosmetics based on your interests.
- Active clinical setting: See approximately 40+ patients per day, depending on your comfort level, with seven patient rooms and 2 - 3 shared medical assistants.
- Private-practice environment: Work alongside an onsite nurse injector within a multi-location dermatology group, with physicians rotating among offices.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a full-time position with a four-day workweek, allowing for a consistent schedule and more time outside the office.
- Competitive compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus quarterly productivity bonuses, with flexibility to negotiate based on experience and qualifications.
