As a Security Officer Driver in Tarrytown, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic healthcare location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.64 - $23.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting arrivals, verifying credentials, managing visitor sign-in processes, and helping to support security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, provide directions, document activity, and communicate important information to site contacts to help support daily operations and security-related awareness.
• Observe lobby and reception area activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
