Position: Clinician
Location: MacClenny, FL

What You’ll Do- Conduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning
- Provide individual and group counseling for dual diagnosis clients
- Support clients in early stages of recovery with compassionate, client-centered care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a structured clinical setting
- Unlicensed: $24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
- Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
- Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible preferred
- Experience in mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
