You will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant on a wide range of HR policies and practices, and you will find yourself accomplishing a wide variety of fun, challenging, and meaningful work as you lead initiatives that foster a positive employee experience.What You Will Do:Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.Aligning HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to management.Support organizational change initiatives by applying change management principles.Support a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and feedback.Facilitate conflict resolution, inquiries, and disciplinary actions as necessary.Work with global HR partners and process owners.What You Have:Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.HR: Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures, and policies regarding human resources management.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Global Perspective: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations.Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.Employee Relations: Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations.Top Candidates will also have:Experience presenting complex themes to audiences at various levels within an organizationDemonstrated interest in learning and applying AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvementExtensive experience with analysis and reportingOutstanding judgment and creative problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDegree or equivalent experience desiredAdditional Info:The primary location for this position is Peoria, ILDomestic relocation assistance is not available for those who qualifySponsorship is not availableDomestic travel up to 5%Summary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
