Physical Therapist - Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Location Seattle, WA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM). This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. Job Description We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will provide rehabilitation services and support to patients in a skilled nursing setting, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy. Administer therapy interventions in alignment with established treatment goals. Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 2 years of experience in Skilled Long Term Care or Transitional Care is required. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington. BLS certification is required. Experience with central line blood draws and dressing changes, IV pumps, and starting IVs is preferred.
