Gulf Shores, Alabama Disaster Relief Worker Details:

• Temporary position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Hiring 20+ Disaster Relief Workers for the Foley & Gulf Shores area!
• Assist with hurricane recovery efforts by removing storm debris, fallen trees, damaged materials, and other disaster-related waste.
• Support residential and commercial property cleanup to help prepare sites for restoration and rebuilding projects.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize equipment, tools, and recovery supplies at various job sites.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, sweeping, digging, and site preparation while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to help communities recover quickly and efficiently following hurricane and severe weather events.

Gulf Shores, Alabama Disaster Relief Worker Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and disaster-affected environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and work safely around debris and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team to support disaster recovery efforts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
