Production Associate# Production AssociateMount Gilead, OH 43338## Description**PURPOSE**This position is responsible for the production and packaging of products.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products* Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount* Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to labeling bottles* Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks)* Reports any mechanical problems* Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes* Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices* Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area* Other duties as assigned**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*** Good verbal communication skills* Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction* Ability to be flexible based on production levels* Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day* Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality products**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** High school diploma or equivalent* Experience operating a forklift is a plus## Qualifications**OTHER INFORMATION*** Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.* Overtime occasionally required #J-18808-Ljbffr Hot Shot Secret
