The Role

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Verona, PA, and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your clinical expertise is valued, and your schedule is yours to control.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• Licensure: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in Pennsylvania.
• Certification: Valid CPR/BLS Certification.
• Health Requirements: Current TB Testing Documentation and a Physical Examination (within the last year).
• Skills: Strong clinical instincts with the ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Communication: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Daily Living Assistance: Provide compassionate support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Patient Comfort: Assist with positioning, ambulation, and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Health Monitoring: Accurately record vital signs, weight checks, intake/output, and blood glucose levels.
• Responsiveness: Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, serving as the primary point of contact for patient needs.
• Specimen Collection: Perform urine tests and specimen collections as directed by the RN/LPN
