Position Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, trash areas, and equipment
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization tasks
• Support cooks and chefs with timely and organized dish flow
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health department standards
• Handle trash, recycling, and compost according to procedures
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude during busy services

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous steward or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required
