Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay Shift: Monday-Friday | 9:30AM - 6:00PM | Full-Time Why you should apply to be a Tool Coordinator:

What's a typical day as Tool Coordinator? You'll be:

Coordinating all aspects of service tools going to customer sites and returning them to the company
Preparing, maintaining, and improving tool kits for field service engineers for installation, maintenance, and repair projects throughout North America
Using SIS/SAP to coordinate shipment and return of all kits via UPS, Pilot, or common carriers
Assembling field service engineers' personal toolboxes and supporting tool calibration processes
Keeping installation coordinators and schedulers informed of tool kit availability
Performing issue/receipt transactions in SAP for tools coming in/out of stock
Supporting affiliates in Mexico and Canada with tool shipments and stocking
Following up on missing, lost, or damaged tools with customers and engineers
Maintaining an orderly workspace and storage areas
Assisting with administrative functions, projects, and shop floor tasks as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have prior experience in material handling or storage environments (required)
Possess good written and oral communication skills in English
Are proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have a high school diploma with a minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience (required)
Are familiar with SAP, SIS, and related inventory management systems (strongly preferred)
Can lift items up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Excel at organization, teamwork, and proactive communication
