Part-Time Small Group Personal Trainer — Palos Verdes Alloy Personal Training in Palos Verdes is hiring a part-time certified personal trainer to coach small group sessions (3-6 clients per session) using our proven Alloy method. Our clients are primarily adults 40+ who want results in a supportive, non-intimidating environment — no big-box gym vibes and no sales pressure. Compensation: $28–$40/hour (depending on experience) Hours: 10–15 hours/week, including some early mornings and/or early evenings. Weekend availability a plus. What you'll do: Coach small group personal training sessions using Alloy's structured programming Customize within the program to meet individual client needs and abilities Build genuine relationships with clients and track their progress session-to-session Maintain a clean, welcoming, professional studio environment What we're looking for: Current nationally-recognized PT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification 1+ years coaching experience preferred (small group experience a plus) Genuine warmth — our clients come back because of how you make them feel, not just the workout Reliability.
