This role is ideal for a director-qualified leader who excels in team development, compliance, enrollment growth, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment for children and families. Our center serves children from infancy through school age in a structured, play-based setting that supports academic readiness and social-emotional development. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily preschool and childcare center operations Maintain full compliance with Michigan childcare licensing and health regulations Lead, coach, and support teaching staff to ensure consistent program quality Support implementation of The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
