Daily Focus

• Act as a primary point of contact, helping local clients navigate life and supplemental health benefit options.
• Identify opportunities to protect working families by matching them with customized benefit packages.
• Manage client accounts, track policy renewals, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Operate with the professional autonomy to manage your own schedule and local book of business.

Qualifications Transferable Skills

• High empathy, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
• Backgrounds in customer support, retail, education, administration, or service industries translate exceptionally well.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to complete state professional licensing requirements (step-by-step guidance provided).

Compensation Schedule

• **Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday daytime hours.
• **Location: In-Person | Client Facing
• **Compensation: Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential and bonuses.
• **Target First-Year Earnings: Projected range of $49,200 – $89,800+ for dedicated representatives executing the daily system.
