Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program and active SLPA license
• Previous experience supporting speech-language services within a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families in a school environment
• Strong communication skills—must be comfortable serving a monolingual student population
• Professional, adaptable, and eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy activities, following treatment plans developed by certified Speech-Language Pathologists
• Support students in achieving their communication goals within classroom and small group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and participate in team meetings
• Assist with screenings and other tasks as directed to help drive positive student outcomes
