Healthcare Project Manager

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for healthcare clients, the full-time remote UKG Project Manager will develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, ensuring timely and successful project completion Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders Required qualifications Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare industry Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements PMP Certification is a plus
