Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

Completion of an accredited LPN program.
Current licensure in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

Specific Job Expectations

Make independent decisions when necessary.
Provide knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
